By accessing or using the Premium Roses Wholesale website and placing orders through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website located at premiumroseswholesale.com.
2. Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, and availability at any time without notice. All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to the natural variation of fresh flowers, the actual product may vary slightly in appearance, color, and size from images shown on our website.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products and to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed fraudulently or in bad faith.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount including applicable taxes and delivery fees.
Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment. In the rare event we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver to select cities in the Ontario, California area. Delivery zones, fees, and availability are subject to change.
Delivery time slots are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Bulk orders of 25 or more items require a minimum of 2 business days advance notice. Orders placed without sufficient notice may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. In the event of a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
5. Store Pickup
Customers selecting store pickup will be contacted when their order is ready. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the designated pickup time may be subject to cancellation without refund due to the perishable nature of our products.
6. Returns and Refunds
Please review our full Return and Refund Policy at premiumroseswholesale.com/returns. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues with your order.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Premium Roses Wholesale and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Premium Roses Wholesale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
